Our RV Rental Policies And Best Practices
Age Requirement
In order to rent with St. Louis RV Rentals you must be 25+ years of age. Per insurance guidelines and regulations. You also need to present our staff with a government issues driver's license before embarking on your trip of a lifetime!
Reservation Policy
When it comes to renting with us, we will hold your reservation after we've received your 1-day reservation down-payment towards your total invoice. Without a down-payment, there is no guarantee that we will be able to hold your reservation with us. We have a first come first served policy. If we have two separate families looking to reserve one of our Class C motorhomes for the same weekend, the first family to submit their deposit will have their reservation honored.
Our Cancellation Policy
Our renters can cancel their reservation up to 2-weeks before the day you're set to embark in one of our motorhomes. If you cancel in time, your security deposit/downpayment will be fully refunded.
Minimum Rental Period
At St. Louis RV Rentals we require a minimum (3) day rental period.
Smoking Policy
Absolutely no smoking in our rentals. If smoking is detected, a $500 fee will be charged to your initial security deposit.
Pet Policy
We typically don't allow pets in our motorhomes. Sometimes, we have a vehicle or two in our fleet specifically used for families looking to travel with their furry friends! Call our team at (314)-408-5125 to see if it's available!
Trip Refund Policy
No refunds on late pickups or early returns. Any refunds will be of St. Louis RV Rentals discretion
Rental Agreement and Drivers Agreement
Before embarking on your trip, the rental agreement will be signed and all individuals driving will be listed and sign the agreement. Will be bound and in compliance with the terms and conditions of the motorhome rental agreement.
Pre Trip Training and Walkthrough
We want our renters to be safe out there and confident on the roads. Most renters aren't overly familiar with driving a motorhome or hauling a travel trailer. Before embarking on your trip, all drivers are required to complete our pre-trip video training and be accompanied by one of our staff members on a pre-trip walkthrough.
Parking and Traffic Violations
Renters are responsible for reporting and payment of any parking violations, toll violations, and traffic violations.
